HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-397CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day Of JLJJy . 19_21_ The following members were present: mayBerg�, , Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: Councilmember Helliwell Coimcilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 91- 397 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR BRUCE BIEDERMAN FOR A HOME OCCUPATION FOR SMALL ENGINE REPAIR. (91011) WHEREAS, Bruce Biederman has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation for small engine repair for property located at 4115 Fernbrook Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Bruce Biederman for a Home Occupation for small engine repair for property located at 4115 Fernbrook Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. On-site operation of internal combustion motors related to the repair and testing shall be prohibited, unless conducted in a fully enclosed structure meeting all fire code standards for handling of flammable liquids and other codes relative to ventilation. 2. All repair and storage shall be limited to the garage structure at all times. No outside storage, repair or testing is permitted. 3. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 4. The permit is issued to Bruce Biederman for the facility at this site, and shall not be transferable. 5. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use. 6. The permit shall be renewed annually to assure compliance with the conditions. Page Two Resolution No. 91-397 File 91011 7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified by the City prior to permit issuance.
