Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on the 22nd day
of July 1991 The following members were present:
Mayor Ber an Councilmembers Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Helliwell
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91- 396
APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR A NEW WOMEN'S FACILITY AND A NEW PARKING LOT AND A
VARIANCE FOR HENNEPIN COUNTY (90103)
WHEREAS. Hennepin County has requested approval of a Site Plan for a new
Women's Facility and for a new parking lot and for a Variance to permit two
principal structures on a parcel of record for property located at the
southwest corner of County Road 6 and Shenandoah Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Hennepin County for a Site Plan for a new Women's Facility, a new parking lot,
and, for a Variance to permit two principal structures on a parcel of record
for property located at the southwest corner of County Road 6 and Shenandoah
Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement
for completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this
resolution.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
5. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and
fire lanes.

6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the principal
structure and no outside storage is permitted.
7. An 8� x 11 inch "As Built" Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted prior
to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy.
8. A variance is approved to permit more than one principal structure on
single parcel of record (PIN 28-33-0003) based on compliance with the
Zoning Ordinance Variance Criteria.
9. Completion of required curb/gutter and asphalt surfacing of the previously
approved parking area north of the Men's Facility and construction of the
new south lot prior to issuance of building or grading permits for
improvements approved herein.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CojWrilmembpr Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berg, Comci I members Ricker_
Vasiliou and Zitur
