Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day
of July , 19 91 The following members were present:
T1a or Bereman, Councilmembers Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Helliwell
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91- 39S
APPROVING AN AMENDED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND MASTER PLAN FOR HENNEPIN
COUNTY FOR AN ADULT CORRECTIONAL FACILITY. (90103)
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has requested approval for an Amended Conditional Use
Permit and Master Plan for as Adult Correctional Facility for property located
at the southeast corner of County Road 6 and Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Hennepin County for an Amended Conditional Use Permit and Master Plan for an
Adult Correctional Facility for property located at the southeast corner of
County Road 6 and Vicksburg Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. Development of the site shall be in compliance with the Concept Master
Plan dated December, 1989 (Graphics Dated November 7, 1989).
2. Compliance with the provisions of Section 9, Subdivision E of the Zoning
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CpjmCilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Ricker,
VaSilinil_ and 7itia
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
