HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-391CITY of BLYNDUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of July , 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Ricker Vasiliou and 7-itirr The following members were absent: Councilmember Hell iwe11 Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-391 APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR RADISSON HOTEL CORPORATION WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor license from Radisson Hotel Corporation, for the premises at 3131 Campus Drive; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no reason to deny the license; and WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the license. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -sale intoxicating and Sunday license is hereby approved for Radisson Hotel Corporation, 3131 Campus Drive, for the period July 23, 1991, through January 31, 1992. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: -rue roiiowing votea against or aastainea: Nnnt- Whereuponn the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
