Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held
on the 1st day of July , 19-21. The following members
were present: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou -
and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Mayor Bergman introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 390
PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING - APPROVAL OF
SCHEMATIC DESIGN DRAWINGS (PROJECT 017)
WHEREAS, the City Council has entered into an Architectural
►. Services Agreement with the architectural joint venture of
Polson/Trossen/Wright to provide architectural design services
for the new Public Safety building; and
WHEREAS, the architects have prepared schematic design drawings
dated June 27 for the project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the schematic design
drawings and cost estimates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Public Safety building
schematic design phase drawings, dated June 27, 1991, are hereby
approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the architects are hereby authorised to
proceed with the design development phase of the project.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur _
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
