HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-389CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of July 1991. The following were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None ««« ««« w«• Councilmmber Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0.91- 3$9 AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE TRUSTEE FOR MILES HOMES INC. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS OF 1980 FROM NORWEST BANK TO FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF BOSTON WHEREAS, due to a conflict of interest, Norwest Bank has requested that it be relieved of responsibility for the Industrial Development Revenue Bonds of 1980 for Miles Homes Inc.; and WHEREAS, First National Bank of Boston has agreed to accept responsibility for the bonds; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Industrial Development Revenue Bonds of 1980 be transferred from Norwest Bank to First National Bank of Boston and that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents to accomplish the transfer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CnunrilmPmher Helliwell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
