Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
1st day of July- , 1991. The following members were
present:

Cowicilmember Zitur introduced the following resolution
and moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-388
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON ON -SALE
INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION
OF RADISSON HOTEL CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale
intoxicating liquor license from Radisson Hotel Corporation for
the premises at 3131 Campus Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is
required for the issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00
p.m. on July 22, 1991, to consider the application of Radisson
Hotel Corporation, for an on -sale intoxicating liquor license at
3131 Campus Drive.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote
being taken thereon, t • following voted in avor thereof:

Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passim and adopted.
