Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day of July
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 384
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
MEDINA ROAD STREET CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT NO. 010
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of Medina Road,
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were
received complying with the advertisement:
Northdale Construction Co., Inc. $ 1,433,086.89
Latour Construction, Inc. 1,478,301.57
Imperial Developers, Inc. 1,508,149.33
C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc. 1,547,273.01
G.L. Contracting, Inc. 1,626,617.09
WHEREAS, it appears that Northdale Construction Co., Inc. of Rogers, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Northdale Construction Co., Inc. of
Rogers, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for the Medina Road
Street Construction project according to the plans and specifications
therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of
the City Clerk in the amount of the low bid of $1,433,086.89.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Comcilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman Coimcilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
