Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of July ,
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 380
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PRODUCTION WELL NO. 13
CITY PROJECT NO. 013
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
Replace and Sod Berm at the production site and increase the bailing quantity
to reduce the sand quantity in the water pumped.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Production Well No. 13, City Project No. 013 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 3 for Production Well No. 13, City Project No. 013 by
adding $18,624.75 is recommended for approval

Previous Change Order. - ADD 15,292.50
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - ADD 18,624.75
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT..........
$166,097.25
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution %-. duly seconded by
COuncilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou, ,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
