Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of
. y Thil, 1991. The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur '
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-374
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET _.IGHTING
CURTIS LAKE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 1, 1991, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of Curtis Lake Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on July
1, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners of real property within the plat named
as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted July 1, 1991. The petitioners
have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for
these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will
be done by the Wright Hennepin Cooperative Electric
Association.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnimrilmemher Helliwell_ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker
Vacilinii, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
