Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day
of -julyJ 19_91_ The following members were present:

introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91- 367
APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has proposed reclassification of land use
guiding from LA -4 (high density residential) to Public/Semi-Public for
property located in the southeast quadrant of Fernbrook Lane and County Road
6.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly
called Public Hearing and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
reclassification of land use guiding from LA -4 (High Density Residential) to
Public/Semi-Public for property located in the southeast quadrant of Fernbrook
Lane and County Road 6; specifically the following parcels:
PIN 27-118-22-0001 to 0005
PIN 34-118-22-0002
PIN 34-118-22-0017 As shown on Exhibit A
FURTHER, approval of the Land Use Guide Plan amendment is contingent upon, and
subject to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by lmemb r Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in avor thereof: Mayor Beronan, Councilmembers
t-le]1jbmIl, Ricker. iliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
