HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-366CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re 1 meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st_ day of July , 19 91 The following members were present: hia o The following members were absent: None s, and Z�tur Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 91- 366 APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has proposed reclassification of land use guiding from LA -4 (High Density Residential) to other residential classifications for property located in the southeast quadrant of Fernbrook Lane and County Road 6. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly scheduled Public Hearing and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the reclassification of land use guiding for property located in the southeast quadrant of Fernbrook Lane and County Road 6 as follows: 1. From LA -4 (High Density Residential) to LA -2 (Low Medium Densit Residential), Portion of parcels PIN 34-23-0024 PIN 34-23-0010 PIN 34-23-0025 PIN 34-23-0011 PIN 34-23-0013 PIN 34-23-0012 PIN 34-23-0015 PIN 34-23-0007 As shown on Exhibit A 117 From LA -1 Low Density Residential) to LA -2 (Low Medium Density Residential) Portion of parcels PIN 33-14-0019 PIN 33-14-0018 PIN 33-14-0017 PIN 33-14-0013 As shown on Exhibit A Page Two Resolution No. 91-366 File 91036 FURTHER, a Preliminary Plat and General Development Plan for single family detached housing consistent with Zoning Ordinance standards shall be approved by the City Council within 6 months of the date of this resolution for the subject properties, or the reclassifications shall be null and void and the City Council may consider alternate classification.; FURTHER, approval of the Land Use Guide Plan amendment is contingent upon, and subject to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council; and the Final Plat which shall be approved by the City Council prior to finalization of the amendment. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur T e following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
