Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re 1 meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st_ day

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has proposed reclassification of land use
guiding from LA -4 (High Density Residential) to other residential
classifications for property located in the southeast quadrant of Fernbrook
Lane and County Road 6.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly
scheduled Public Hearing and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
reclassification of land use guiding for property located in the southeast
quadrant of Fernbrook Lane and County Road 6 as follows:
1. From LA -4 (High Density Residential) to LA -2 (Low Medium Densit

FURTHER, a Preliminary Plat and General Development Plan for single family
detached housing consistent with Zoning Ordinance standards shall be approved
by the City Council within 6 months of the date of this resolution for the
subject properties, or the reclassifications shall be null and void and the
City Council may consider alternate classification.;
FURTHER, approval of the Land Use Guide Plan amendment is contingent upon, and
subject to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council; and
the Final Plat which shall be approved by the City Council prior to
finalization of the amendment.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
