Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day
of July 19 91 The following members were present:
Councilinembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The -following members were absent: None
Cm=jlmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91- 354
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR THOMPSON LAND DEVELOPMENT A
DIVISION OF U.S. HOME CORPORATION FOR BRIDLEWOOD FARMS. (90028) (RPUD 90-2
WHEREAS, Thompson Land Development/A Division of U.S. Home Corporation has
requested approval for Final Plat and Development Contract for Bridlewood
Farms located in the southeast quadrant of Medina Road and the West City
Limits; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Bridlewood Farms located in the southeast quadrant of
Medina Road and the West City Limits; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
bycilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
-Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared du y passe and a opted.
