Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting -of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
17th day of June , 1991. The following members were
present:
Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-348
APPROVING CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City has received two applications for renewal of
Consumption and Display Licenses; and
, the Police Department has reviewed the applications.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that Consumption and Display Licenses are hereby
approved for the attached list of two applicants for the period
July 1, 1991, through June 30, 1992, with the following
condition:
1. Submission of all required certificates of insurance to
the City Clerk by June 28, 1991; and
2. Satisfactory completion of the police department
investigation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou 'and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Beronan, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or absta ned: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
