Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
17th day of June , 1991. The following members were
present:
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Va i1iouand i nir
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 347
APPROVING RENEWAL OF OFF -SALE
NONINTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for renewal of Off -
Sale Nonintoxicating Liquor Licenses; and
WHEREAS, each application has been reviewed by the Police
Department.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that Off -Sale Nonintoxicating Liquor Licenses are hereby
approved for the attached list of 10 applicants for the period
July 1, 1991, through June 30, 1992, with the following
conditions:
1. Submission of all required certificates of insurance to
the City Clerk by June 28, 1991; and
2. Satisfactory completion of the police department
investigation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou rand upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted aga nst or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
