Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
17th day of June 1991. The following members were
present:

Counci lm m_her Ricker introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-346
APPROVING RENEWAL OF ON -SALE
NONINTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for renewal of On -
Sale Nonintoxicating Liquor Licenses; and
WHEREAS, each application has been reviewed by the Police
Department.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that On -Sale Nonintoxicating Liquor Licenses are hereby
approved for the attached list of ten applicants for the period
July 1, 1991, through June 30, 1992, with the following
conditions:
1. Submission of all required certificates of insurance to
the City Clerk by June 28, 1991; and
2. Satisfactory completion of the police department
investigation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by ( n, mr i I memher Va c i 1 inn , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
A9ayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
