Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of June
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur '

RESOLUTION NO. 91- 343
REVISING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 6
FERNBROOK LANE TO COUNTY ROAD 101
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 8642
CITY PROJECT NO. 829
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved Supplemental Agreement No's 1, 2, and
3 for County Project No. 8642 and City Project No. 829; and
WHEREAS, the County Road 6 contractor has proposed the temporary closing of Vicksburg
Lane north of CSAH 6 in order to expedite completion of the work on this intersection
and to provide less of a hazard to motorists using this route; and
WHEREAS, the Project Engineer and the City Engineer have agreed that a temporary
3 closing of this portion of Vicksburg Lane would be in the best interest of everyone
involved; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has agreed to perform the work in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth in proposed Supplemental Agreement No. 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That Supplemental Agreement No. 4 for County Project No. 8642 and City
Project No. 829 are approved at no change in the estimated project cost.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coimrilmember Zitur and upon vote beingtaken thereon, the f91lowing voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers elliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou,
and 7.itur '
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
