Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _17th day of .lune ,
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-341
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
NORTHWEST TRUNK SANITARY SEWER - PHASE I
CITY PROJECT NO. 014
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Additional equipment time and labor to construct a trunk sanitary sewer creek
crossing during the spring when runoff conditions were prevalent rather than
during winter conditions as bid.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the Northwest Trunk Sanitary Sewer - Phase I, City
Project No. 014 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for Northwest Trunk Sanitary Sewer, Phase I, City
Project No. 014 by adding $9,409.30 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $287,318.75
Previous Change Orders - ADD 4,558.40
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 9,409.30
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT..........
$301,286.45
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou,
and Zi tur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
