Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a repilar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of ,hole ,
1991. The following members were present: mayor Ber mn, Councilmembers ,
Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 340
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
NORTHCENTRAL TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 015
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Change materials and construction method for installation of piezometers
to two inch P.V.C. Delete "head checker" method ground water testing.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Northcentral Trunk Sanitary Sewer, City Project
No. 015 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the Northcentral Trunk Sanitary Sewer, City
Pr<J ect No. 015 by adding $3,031.50 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $335,752.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - ADD 3.031.50
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $338,783.50
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cotmcilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: _Myor Berman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. ,
and zi tur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
