HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-339CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of June , 1991. The following members were present: , Mayor PA-rg=, Councilmemhers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou„ and 7itur , The following members were absent: None Councilmemh.r Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-339 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING CHELSEA WOODS ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 17, 1991 a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Chelsea Woods Addition by the installation of an ornamental residential street light and this report was received by the Council on June 17, 1991. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted June 17, 1991. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: MUor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, , Vasiliou, and Zibir The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
