Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of June

Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-335
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
PRIME DEVELOPMENT CORRECTIONS
6TH AVENUE NORTH PAVING
CITY PROJECT NO. 111
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Prime Development Corrections -
6th Avenue North Paving, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and
the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Consulting and Contracting Company, Inc. of
Minneapolis, MN is the lowest responsible bidder, complying with the minimum
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Bituminous Consulting and Contracting
Company, Inc. of Minneapolis, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth
for the Prime Development Corrections Project - 6th Avenue North
Paving project according to the plans and specifications therefore
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City
Clerk in the amount of the low bid of $6,883.66
2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder
shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: MaXor Remaan, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
