HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-327CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of June 19 91 The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 91-327 APPROVING AMENDED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 284 (90111) WHEREAS, Independent School District 284 has requested approval for an amended Conditional Use Permit regarding expiration date only to allow one temporary classroom building at Wayzata Senior High School at 305 Vicksburg Lane; and, WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Conditional Use Permit renewal for this use on May 4, 1991 under Resolution No. 91-104; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Independent School District 284 for an amended Conditional Use Permit as to expiration date to allow one temporary classroom building at Wayzata Senior High School at 305 Vicksburg Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to Independent School District 284 and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner; all waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated areas. 4. No signage is allowed relative to the use. 5. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. 6. This Conditional Use Permit shall become effective upc- the adoption of this resolution, and shall expire on September 15, 1992. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by lmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell', Va ou, and Zitur The fol owil ngvoted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
