Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day
of ,Tune 19 91 The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91- 326
APPROVING SITE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR UNION CITY MISSION (90107)
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution 90-776 approved on December 10,
1990, directed the Union City Mission to submit a plan that addressed
operational problems identified during the hearings before the Planning
Commission and City Council in November and December, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, the Union City Mission has prepared and submitted a Site Management
Plan in response to the Council direction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does receive and approve the
Site Management Plan for the operations of the Union City Mission as submitted
by the Union City Mission.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon,
the o owing vote in favor thereof: Mayor RerMan, C;o mcilmemhers Helliwell,
Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or a stained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
