HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-324CITY OF PL)ff43 'H .Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 3rd day of June , 1991 . The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur. The following members were absent:_ _ None Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 91-324 APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND BARTON-ASCHMAN AND ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended approval of an agreement between Barton-Aschman and Associates and the City of Plymouth, and WHEREAS, the city attorney's office has reviewed and approved the format of said agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the agreement for professional services between the City and Barton-Aschman and Associates for the development of plans for the 10th Avenue, Shiloh and Gleanloch neighborhood parks is hereby approved, and further, the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into said agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur Tne tollowing voted against or aDStained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
