Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the r day of June
1991_ The following members were present: Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou. it>>r ,

Mayor Bergman introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-321
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 61 AND INDUSTRIAL PARK BOULEVARD
CITY PROJECT NO. 926
WHEREAS, traffic signals are warranted at the intersection of County Road 61 and
Industrial Park Boulevard and Hennepin County has prepared plans and specifications for
the installation of a traffic signal system; and
WHEREAS, agreement for participation in the construction and operation of traffic
control signal system on County State Aid Highway No. 61 at Industrial Park Boulevard,
Hennepin County project No. 8902, Agreement No. PW 47-17-91 has been prepared and
presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said Agreement in all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. PW 47-17-91, Hennepin County Project No. 8902, City Project No. 926.
FURTHER, that the plans and specifications for said tr?ffic signal installation as
referenced in the agreement are approved.
FURTHER, that $60,300 to fund the project is authorized from the City's Minnesota State
Aid Fund Account (402-402) and the Finance Director shall transfer to the Construction
Fund (401-401).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cotmcilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou, Zitur, Bergman ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
