Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re lar meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
of June , 1991 The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou and Zit r
The following members were a sent: None
Mayor Ber an introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION 91-315
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE PRESERVATION FOR
LYMAN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (90060)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat and Development for Parkview
Ridge 2nd and 3rd Addition by Resolution 90-505 on August 20, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract providing for Tree Preservation Plan
regarding the preservation of trees on new development sites; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $13,275
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan that was approved; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the Developer has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release and
direct the release of financial guarantee Letter of Credit No. 26987.6 for
tree preservation for the Parkview Ridge 2nd and 3rd Addition in the amount
$13,275.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. councilmembere
