Pursuant to due call and not=ce thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
j 13th day of October, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
t Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
? Councilman Kindseth introduced the follow=ing Resolution and moved its

adoption:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
`I VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE TRAVEL EXPENSE VOUCHER IN THE AMOUNT OF

�! $418.00 FOR RUDY KAMMAN FOR ATTENDANCE AT THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF

!i BUILDING OFFICIALS IN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH.

I The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

!; following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz and Kindsett
}
Councilman Johnson left the Council Chambers. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly"qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

j of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held October 13, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
