Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day

Mayor PA-rgW&3 introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION 91-314
APPROVING AMENDED RPUD PLAN FOR CIMARRON PONDS FOR BOB'S ENERGY SAVING SERVICE
(91023) (RPUD 76-3)
WHEREAS, Bob's Energy Saving Service has requested a Residential Planned Unit
Development Plan Conditional Use Permit Amendment for a three season porch for
property located at 1175 Black Oaks Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Bob's Energy Saving Service for a three season porch for property located at
1175 Black Oaks Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. No other amendments or variances are granted or implied.
2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes shall
be implemented and enforced; no code requirements are waived by this
approval.
3. A finding is made that the proposed addition is within the ground cover
footprint (structure plus concrete patio) approved with the original
RPUD Plan as such, the degree of RPUD amendment proposed is not of such
a scale to alter the balance of Zoning Ordinance flexibility to PUD
attributes found with the approved RPUD plan.
4. The size of the porch structure shall be 12 x 14.5 feet.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CoaCilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereo : Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers
Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou, and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
