Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
of .Tune , 19 91 The following members were present:

The following members were absent:- None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-309
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR FAMILY HOPE SERVICES (91013)
WHEREAS, Family Hope Services has requested approval of a Site Plan for an
expanded parking lot at 3315 Fernbrook Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Family Hope Services for a Site Plan amendment for property located at 3315
Fernbrook Lane North, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Provision of a 20 -foot wide trail easement parallel to Fernbrook Lane.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement
for completion of site improvements prior to issuance of a grading permit.
4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
6. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and
fire lanes.
7. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure, and
no outside storage is permitted.
8. No permit to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by NUor Ber an , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor there Mayor Berman. Councilmembers Helliwell,
liou and Zitur
The following voted against orabstained one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
