Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re lar meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
of .Tune 1991 The following members were present:
Ma or BerMM Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution A. -id
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-308
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR
FAMILY HOPE SERVICES (91013)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract
for Family Hope Services located at 3315 Fernbrook Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to
be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Provisions for a 20 -foot wide trail easement parallel to Fernbrook Lane.
3. No yard setback variances in addition to those previously approved are
granted or implied herein.
4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the
City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
5. No grading or building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed
and recorded with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Beronan and upon vote being taken thereon,
