Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th
day of October, 1969. The follows--^ members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-380
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH; APPROVING THE TRAVEL E`:PENSE VOUCHER IN THF, AidOUNT OF
$377.40 FOR POLICE CHIEF HAWKINSON FOR ATTENDANCE AT THE INTERNATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE CONFERENCE IN MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,-Councilmen Hintz and Kindseth.
Councilman Johnson left the Council Chambers. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk-

of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held October 13, 196), with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
