Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
3rd day of June , 1991. The following members were
present:
Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell.
The follow ng members were absent: None
Mayor Bergman introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-302
APPOINTMENT TO NEST SUBURBAN MEDIATION CENTER BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
is hereby appointed as the City's
representative to the Neat Suburban Mediation Center Board for an
indefinite term. Helen LaFave appointed as alternate.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councijm2Qj&r V , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: Non
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopt*
