Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 3rd day of
June F 19 91 . The following members were
present: Mayor Bergman Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker, Vasiliou, andZitur.
The following members were absent:None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 299
AWARDING BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PARKERS LAKE AND BASS LAKE PLAYFIELDS
I
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has duly advertised and received bids for the
Parkers Lake and Bass Lake Community Playfields, and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on May 29, at 10:30 a.m., in accordance with City
policy, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said bids,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid of Ingorse is accepted in the amount
Of $ 2,R26-621-96 for the construction of the Parkers Lake and Bass Lake
Playfields, and further, that funding for these projects shall be transferred
from the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund to the Construction Fund to
finance these improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seoonded by
Councilmember Helliwell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
