Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
}' 13th day of October, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.

s Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-379
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT THE REGULAR PAYROLL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DATED SEPTEMBER
30, 1969, AND TOTALING $14,667.27 BE AND HEREBY IS APPROVED.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz and Kindseth.
Councilman Johnson had left the Council Chambers. No ,one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I,.the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held October 13, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 22nd day of October, 1969.
