Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st
day of May , 1991. The following members were present:

SEAS, A list of disbursements for the period ending April 30, 1991 was
presented to the City Council for approval;
NOW, SEEM, BE IT MtEBY RESOLVED BY TM CITY OO[ICII, OF THE CITY OF
PLYIIXM, NINNES TTA, that the payment of the list of disbursements of the
following funds is approved:
Firstar/Metro Bank - Plymouth Office
$ 1,186,737.82
Construction & Debt Service $ 383,726.52
Enterprise $ 270,642.89
Housing & Redevelopment Authority $ 5,877.65
GRAND 70ML FOR ALL FLRIDS $ 1, 846, 984.88
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly se= ded by
Mayor Berriman . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergmau. Co mcilmem_bens Helliwell.
Ricker, and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
