HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-285CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of May 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker, and Vasiliou ' The following members were absent: Councilinember Zitur Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-285 APPROVING SCOPE OF SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF SIDEWALK/TRAIL SYSTEM PLAN UPDATE CITY PROJECT NO. 117 WHEREAS, the City has received a proposed work program from Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. dated May 10, 1991 providing for the preparation of a study of the Sidewalk/Trail System Plan Update; and WHEREAS, said study was requested by the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does approve the work program and proposal submitted by Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. dated May 10, 1991 by the terms of which the firm is to provide consulting services for the preparation of a study and report of the Sidewalk/Trail System Plan Update at a cost not -to -exceed $15,000; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $15,000 be and the same is hereby appropriated from the M.S.A. Fund (402) and transferred to the Construction Fund (401) to finance this study and report. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cnimcilmemher Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: H=rr an' Councilmembers Helliwell- Ricker, and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
