Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was el on the 21st day
of May 1991 The following members were present:
Mayor Berizman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur
rouncilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-283
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR
NORTHCO COMPANY FOR NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS 11TH ADDITION LOCATED AT
NORTHWEST CORNER OF NORTHWEST BOULEVARD (COUNTY ROAD 61) AND XENIUM LANE
(91028) (MPUD 81-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Northco Company for
Northwest Business Campus 11th Addition located at Northwest Corner of
Northwest Boulevard (County Road 61) and Xenium Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to
be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate
credits in an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving
costs and according to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of
issuance of the building permit.
3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's
expense.
4. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open
storm water drainage facility.
5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the
City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
7. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plac is filed and
recorded with Hennepin County and Site Plan has been approved, including
issuance of a permit for the proposed curb cut onto County Road 61 by
Hennepin County.

8. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is
part of the approved MPUD 81-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Ber and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers
Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
