Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day
of _ May 1991 The following members were present:
1Ia. r Bergman,_ Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou
The off llowing members were absent: Councilmember Zitur
_comcilmemher Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91- 282
APPROVING MPUD FINAL PLAT FOR NORTHCO COMPANY FOR NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS
11TH ADDITION (91028) (MPUD 81-1)
WHEREAS, Northco Company has requested approval of a Final Plat for Northwest
Business Campus 11th Addition located at Northwest corner of Northwest
Boulevard (County Road 61) and Xenium Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Review Committee has found the MPUD Final Plat to be
in conformance with the approval MPUD Preliminary Plot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for
Northco Company for Northwest Business Campus 11th Addition located at
Northwest corner of Northwest Boulevard (County Road 61) and Xenium Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byand upon vote being taken thereon,
the tollowing3M in favor thereof: _Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker- and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opted.
