HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-281CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of May 1991 The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 91-281 DENYING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PLAN FOR HARSTAD & FORBRAGD FOR SUGAR HILLS (90109) WHEREAS, Harstad & Forbragd has requested approval for a Res4dential Planned Unit Development Pian Concept Plan for property located at the northwest corner of Vicksburg Lane and Hwy. 55; and, WHEREAS, the proposed plan assumes and depends upon the change of land use guiding as proposed by the developer; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Information Meeting; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request by Harstad & Forbragd for a Residential Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for 106 acres located at the northwest corner of Vicksburg Lane and Highway 55, since the Land Use Guiding on which the proposal was dependent was denied by the City Council under separate action. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor t ereo.Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker and Zitur The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. (res/cc/90109.rpud:lr)
