Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a —regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day
of play , 1991 The following members were present:
Mayor Bermnan, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-278
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
CARLSON REAL ESTATE COMPANY FOR THE CARLSON CENTER 6TH ADDITION (91021)
WHEREAS, Carlson Real Estate Company has requested approval for a Conditional
Use Permit and General Development Plan Amendment for the Carlson Center 6th
Addition located at the southwest corner of Waymouth Road and Berkshire Lane;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Carlson Real Estate Company for a Conditional Use Permit and General
Development Amendment for the Carlson Center 6th Addition located the
southwest corner of Waymouth Road and Berkshire Lane, subject to the following
conditions:
I. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
3. No Zoning Ordinance or Subdivision Code Variances are granted or implied
with this request.
4. Single family detached dwelling units are allowed on Lots 1, 11, and 12,
Block 1, Carlson Center 6th Addition.
5. Single family detached or duplex dwelling units are allowed on Lots 2, 4
and 5, Block 1 Carlson Center 6th Addition.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by �Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ric er. and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
