Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
fl villageCouncilof the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th
e day of October; 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and waved its

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLA -,E COUNCIL OF THE
!i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: DIRECTING THE ENGINEER TO WRITE THE DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
i
IN SUCH A WAY AS TO NOT INCLUDE THE ROAD CONTRACTS AIM CHARGE MEL GETTEN $15.00
PER FRONT FOOT IN HEADOWOOD AUDITION AND DIRECT ACTING CLQ BARNES TO ADJUST
�i THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FROM $19.00 TO $15.00 FOR II-IPROVEMENT PROJECT #68-1E.

iThe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, auod upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor°Hilde, Councilmen Hintz and Kindseth.

Councilman Johnson had left the Council Chambers. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared uuly passed and adopted.
