Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of Mair ,

Comcibnember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-273
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF
RESOLUTION NO. 91-270
RESOLUTION NO. 91-271
RESOLUTION NO. 91-272
VACATING THE STREET, DRAINAGE, AND UTILITY EASEMENT
FOR THE PROPOSED CHURCHILL FARMS ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a street, drainage, and
utility easement within the proposed plat of Churchill Farms Addition by Resolution
No's 91-- 270 , 9l --2Z3--, and 91-172 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until the final
plat of Churchill Farms Addition is filed with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
