Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
21st day of May , 1991. The following members were
present:
Mayor BerWiCounc-ilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur
Councilmember K_,lliwell introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 9J.-269
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSE FOR LINDA LAHR
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale
intoxicating liquor license from Linda Lahr for the premises at
11540 County Road 10; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and
finds no reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following published and posted notice, the City Council
conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that an off -sale intoxicating license is hereby approved
for Linda Lahr, 11540 County Road 10, for the period May 22,
1991, through January 31, 1992.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mavor Berman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and_Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
