HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-268CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of May , 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-268 APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR VICKSBURG LIQUORS, INC. WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license from Vicksburg Liquors, Inc., for the premises at 1115 Vicksburg Lane; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no reason to deny the license; and WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the license. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off -sale intoxicating license is hereby approved for Vicksburg Liquors, Inc., 1115 Vicksburg Lane, for the period May 22, 1991, through January 31, 1992. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Cotncilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: Mont- Whereupon oneWhereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
