1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th
day of October, 1969. The following members were present: -Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-377
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: ADOPTING THE CONTENTS OF A REPORT FROM POLICE CHIEF
HAWKINSON DATED SEPTEMBER 23, 1969 CONCERNING BOW AND ARROW HUNTING IN
PLYMOUTH AS A POLICY FOR PLYMOUTH VILLAGE. IN CASES OF ANIMAL NUISANCE. CHIEF
HAWKINSON IS TO USE THE PROPER DISCRETION IN EXERCISING THIS POLICY AND NOT
GRANT SUCH REQUESTS WHEN THE HUNTING WOULD TAKE PLACE NEXT TO RESIDENTS.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johns -n
and Kindeeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held October 13, 1969, with the original thereof on file
In my office and the same in a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hard officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 22nd day of October, 1969.
