HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-377VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of October, 1969. The following members were present: -Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey. Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-377 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: ADOPTING THE CONTENTS OF A REPORT FROM POLICE CHIEF HAWKINSON DATED SEPTEMBER 23, 1969 CONCERNING BOW AND ARROW HUNTING IN PLYMOUTH AS A POLICY FOR PLYMOUTH VILLAGE. IN CASES OF ANIMAL NUISANCE. CHIEF HAWKINSON IS TO USE THE PROPER DISCRETION IN EXERCISING THIS POLICY AND NOT GRANT SUCH REQUESTS WHEN THE HUNTING WOULD TAKE PLACE NEXT TO RESIDENTS. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johns -n and Kindeeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. **f rts* #*a STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
