Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
6th day of May , 1991. The following members were
present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou ,and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 262
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE FOR
NITTI DISPOSAL INC.
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been
received from Nitti Disposal Inc., Eagan, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, all required fees and proof of insurance has been
provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a garbage hauler license is hereby granted to Nitti
Disposal Inc., for the period May 7, 1991, through March 31,
1992.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
