Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
6f,� day of blay 1991. The following members were
present:
Mavor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker Va iliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 260
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON OFF -SALE
INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION
FOR VICKSBURG LIQUORS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale
intoxicating liquor license from Vicksburg Liquors, Inc., 1115
Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is
required for the issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00
p.m. on May 21, 1991, to consider the application of Vicksburg
Liquors, Inc., for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license at
1115 Vicksburg Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
