Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _ 6th day of
May , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor RerMan_ CoiMcilmembers Helliwell Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Cnimcilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 257
APPROVING "NO PARKING" SIGN INSTALLATION
ON BOTH SIDES OF ZACHARY LANE FROM COUNTY ROAD 9 TO 46TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City desires to minimize on -street parking to enhance vehicular
and pedestrian safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby authorizes the installation of "No
Parking" signs at the following location:
1. On both sides of Zachary Lane from County Road 9 to 46th Avenue
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Berom. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and ,
Vpcilinn
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Zitur
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
