VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
f` Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
{ Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th
'{t day of October, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Ritz, Johnsou and Y.indseth. The following members were absent:
! Councilman Iiumphrey.
Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and maved its
adoption:

NOW THLREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

} VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE CHANGE ORDET For, KII24ER LANE STREET
Ik IMPROVEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,606.10.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindeeth.,I
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting (lerk-
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing ex►_rict
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
,Village held October 13, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
