Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of

The following members were absent: None
Councilmemher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-252
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
25TH AVENUE WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 025
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement ot:
Properties adjacent to 25th Avenue North between Kilmer Lane and a
point approximately 120 feet east of Lancaster Lane.
by the installation of lateral watermain and all necessary appurtenances, and
the contract price for such improvement is $15,767.70 and the expenses
incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to
$2,516.85 so the total cost of the improvement will be $18,284.55 and of this
cost the City will pay $-0- as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $18,284.55.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be special assessed from
such improvement against every accessible lot, piece of parcel of
land within the district affected, without regard to cash
valuation, as provided by the law, and shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
4. The Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed assessment notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Helliwe�land upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Counczlmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
